Struggling But trying to keep quiet

Hi all,

Thank you for your really nice comments it makes me quite emotional when people say things that are nice about not nice things if you understand me ?

I have been struggling really badly but need to keep it quiet really so I have to be careful ! I would love to be really open and say OH MY GOD I've had enough but how ?

Responsibility is a big thing when it's balancing on your shoulders and if you don't stay upright everything falls !!!

I have hundreds of questions but one answer keeps coming in my head and it seems so easy and so easy to obtain but is that giving in (yes it is) is it selfish ?(oh my god yes) and what about everyone else will they be annoyed with me ! (yes yes yes).

Frustration is driving me nuts !!!!

Ta for letting me rant on and on I needed that I will leave you alone now perhaps have another go tomorrow !.

Jinny-Survivor ???

Hi All,
This is my first blog I do hope that I get it right !!

Being a survivor of Mental Health issues I think is what we should be really proud of ! I have survived 26 years of being mentally un-well to different degrees and I never thought that I would live this long but hey I am still here and maybe that is what was meant to happen.

I am a Mum which I never expected to happen and I also got married which was a huge surprise !

I am putting this blog on to try and inspire others that even when the poo is piling high around us we can still move about and get support from other services such as Changes,mind and other places that can and do understand that what we are saying is true to how we feel and is very real and scary too !

Please if you need and want support ask for it don't suffer alone and in silence you deserve better !!!

That's it I will see if it works.
